By providing your contact information and/or completing a reservation, you consent to receive communications from DayDreamer Domes via email, phone and other electronic means related to your booking and stay. Text messages (SMS) are sent only if you separately opt in, are limited to booking reminders and stay-related updates, and are governed by our SMS Privacy Policy at /sms-privacy-policy; reply STOP at any time to opt out. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be transparent and consistent. Full details live on our Refund Policy page.

All individuals on the property must be accounted for through a reservation, ticket or approved day pass. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Day passes are included with ticketed experiences and activities.

To maintain safety, protect the guest experience and ensure compliance with property standards, we reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to refuse service, deny entry or remove any guest at any time for safety concerns, operational needs, intoxication or violations of these Terms. Removal may occur without refund, and additional charges may apply where appropriate.

Each dome accommodates a maximum of two (2) or four (4) guests at all times, regardless of age. This limit is in place for safety, comfort and operational integrity, and is strictly enforced without exception.

All individuals staying on the property must be included in the reservation. Additional guest fees may apply, and undeclared guests may result in charges or removal.

Peak season (Memorial Day – Labor Day), when the pool and primary amenities are in operation:

Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time. Disorderly, unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in removal.

Because of the natural and expansive nature of the roughly 150-acre site:

Smoking, vaping and use of any combustible substances is strictly prohibited inside domes and buildings, and anywhere in the pool area. A minimum $500 charge will be applied for odor remediation, deep cleaning and loss of use, and additional charges may apply if actual costs exceed this amount.

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay. Charges are based on the actual cost of repair, replacement, cleaning, remediation, labor and/or loss of use, as reasonably determined by DayDreamer Domes. By booking, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for any applicable fees.

General replacement estimates: towels $50, sheets $35–$50, comforter $250, furniture $1,250+. No glass containers are permitted in the pool area, and improper disposal of trash may result in additional cleaning fees.

Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights. You acknowledge that use of the property involves inherent risks, including slips, trips and falls; weather and environmental exposure; uneven terrain and natural hazards; pool and water-related risks; and alcohol-related risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

Spa and wellness services, including float tanks, sauna, sound therapy and massage, involve physical, sensory and environmental risks. You confirm you are medically fit to participate and agree to disclose medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or sensitivities beforehand. Spa services are not medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy, and certain services may be provided by independent contractors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, you release DayDreamer Domes, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates and agents from liability arising from ordinary risks associated with use of the property and services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DayDreamer Domes from claims arising from your actions or those in your party, and you assume full responsibility for all minors in your care.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the property shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DayDreamer Domes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of use or loss of revenue, arising out of or related to your stay or use of the property.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or of future enforcement.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted and is effective upon posting. Continued use of the property or services constitutes acceptance of any updates. Notices may be provided electronically, including via email or text message, and are deemed received upon delivery.

By booking, accessing or entering the property, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, including the Waiver and Privacy Policy, and that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of all members of your party. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DayDreamer Domes and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
