Guest access
- Non-overnight guests require a Day Pass.
- All guests must be accounted for via reservation, ticket, or Day Pass.
Right to refuse service
- Management may refuse service, deny entry, or remove guests at its discretion.
- Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Alcohol
- All alcohol consumed outside the domes must be purchased through the on-site bar.
- Personal alcohol is permitted inside domes only.
- Valid ID required.
- Excessive intoxication results in removal without refund.
Safety
- No bike riding after dark.
- No hiking, wandering, or exploring the property after dark.
- Pool access only during posted hours.
- No swimming in the ponds — they are not pools.
- No trespassing on neighboring properties.
Smoking & vaping
- Smoking, vaping, or any combustible substances are strictly prohibited inside domes, buildings, and the pool area.
- Minimum $500 cleaning fee for indoor smoking evidence.
- Properly dispose of all cigarette, cigar, and marijuana waste.
Occupancy
- Standard rate includes 2 adults.
- Maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests per dome.
- Additional adults are subject to seasonal fees, charged to the card on file.
Children
- Children under 6 are not permitted in the Pool Club area at any time; they are welcome to stay in the domes.
- Ages 6+ are welcome all times from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
- From Memorial Day to Labor Day, ages 6+ are welcome Monday–Thursday only, except holiday weekends.
- Pool Club weekends are 21+, no exceptions. Kids are always welcome in the domes.
- Children must be supervised; parents are fully responsible.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out and early check-in available for a fee.
- Guests remaining after 5:00 PM will be charged for an additional night.
Quiet hours
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Excessive or unreasonable noise is prohibited at any time.
Cleanliness & garbage
- All garbage goes in the dumpsters near the exit.
- Do not put trash in fire pits.
- $50 cleaning fee for garbage left behind.
- Guests are charged replacement cost for missing or damaged items.
Grounds
- No hanging clothes on trees or bushes.
- Do not cut or damage vegetation; no tree climbing.
- Use designated pathways; do not walk through other campsites.
Parking & vehicles
- All parking in the main lot.
- Outside golf carts, ATVs, mini-bikes, motorized scooters, or similar are not permitted.
Drones & prohibited devices
- Drone use is prohibited.
- Fireworks, firearms, explosives, and projectile devices are prohibited unless approved by management.
Plumbing
- Do not flush baby wipes or sanitary wipes of any kind, even if labeled flushable.
Firewood & fires
- Firewood available for purchase.
- Outside firewood permitted but must be natural wood only.
- Fires must be contained to designated areas and never left unattended.
- Guests are responsible for fire-related damage.
Swimming pool
- No lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult 18+.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
