The stay
Where you sleep at a South Haven resort matters
A dome is the reason people come. It is rarely the reason they rebook.
Every dome is a proper room: 386 square feet, insulated so it holds heat in January and stays cool in July, with hotel-grade linens on a king or queen bed, a private entrance on 150 rolling acres and a Starview window at the front of the dome. Your own full bath is inside the dome, so nothing about this stay asks you to rough it. There are three dome experiences to choose from on the stay page, from a quiet retreat for two to a disco-lit dome for a group.
What surrounds the dome is the actual resort: open trails across 150 private acres, fire pits, lawn games, the clubhouse, and free daily wellness classes, goat yoga, breathwork, guided meditation and mimosa hikes, included with direct booking. Add a LUNARA spa treatment or float tank session and the weekend fills itself in.
- Complimentary wellness classes (schedule varies by season) with direct booking
- Pool club + turf lounge access in season
- Full bath inside every dome
- Open trails across 150 private acres
- Fire pits, lawn games + clubhouse movie nights
- Boutique with eats, treats and forgot-it essentials

The location
South Haven, and the lake right behind it
Six minutes to sand. Seven to downtown. Twenty to Saugatuck.
South Haven sits on Michigan's west coast, where the sunsets do most of the marketing. The nearest public beach is six minutes from our gate, downtown South Haven, piers, shops, marina walks, is seven, and Saugatuck's waterfront is twenty. Grand Rapids is an hour, Chicago two, Detroit three, which makes this an easy resort weekend from most of the Midwest without a flight.
Our acreage is set back from all of it. That is deliberate: you get Lake Michigan when you want it and total open-air quiet when you do not, instead of a resort wedged between two highways. If you are weighing options, our guide to glamping in Michigan lays out how the dome experience compares to a standard lakeside hotel.

Who it's for
Couples, friend groups, retreats and buyouts
Female-owned and led by Missy Fojtik, which is why it feels designed rather than developed.
Couples take a dome for two and build the weekend around the spa and a beach sunset. Friend groups take several domes, a cabana at the pool club and the turf lawn. Companies and yoga leaders take the clubhouse, which seats 70, along with the speakeasy-style event salon bar. The property scales up to a full buyout without losing the point of the place.
The pool club is seasonal; the next season opens May 22, 2027. Kids are always welcome in the domes. The Pool Club is 6+ Monday through Friday afternoons and 21+ on weekends, and children under 6 are never permitted in the Pool Club area at any time.
