Accessibility Statement
Every guest should be able to plan, book and enjoy DayDreamer Domes. Here's how we're working on it.
DayDreamer Domes wants every guest to be able to plan, book and enjoy a stay with us — on this website and on our 150-acre property in South Haven, Michigan.
Our approach to this website
We aim to align this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-reachable navigation with visible focus states, descriptive alternative text on photography, text and icon contrast checked across mobile, tablet and desktop widths, and support for reduced-motion preferences so animations can be quieted by your device settings.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We review new pages and features as they are added, and we correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
Visiting the property
Our resort sits on natural, largely outdoor terrain with pathways, decks and uneven ground, and accessibility varies by dome, amenity and season. If you have mobility, sensory, dietary or medical needs, please contact us before booking so we can talk through which domes, spa services and pool club areas will work best for your visit.
Tell us about a barrier
If you run into something on this website or on property that is difficult to use, we want to hear about it. Email info@daydreamerdomes.com or call (269) 906-0916, and include the page or area involved and what happened. We will respond as quickly as we can and offer an alternative way to complete what you were trying to do.
Third-party tools
Some booking, payment, spa scheduling and food ordering steps are handled by third-party platforms we do not control. If you encounter a barrier in one of those tools, contact us and we will complete your booking or order with you directly by phone.
