Beats, Breathwork & Blindfolds is where breathwork meets smooth, beat-driven flow. This class blends guided breathing, fascia release, and foam roller work to open up the body and let tension slide off. Expect a rhythmic, fluid session that connects breath, music, and movement for a full-body reset that hits different. Blindfolds are provided so you can tune out distractions, drop self-consciousness, and fully sink into the stretch and the vibe.
