Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies:
72-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your session time. The full service fee still applies.
