CAMPGROUND RULES
Agreement to Terms
By entering, accessing, or remaining on the DayDreamer Domes property in any capacity, including but not limited to overnight guests, day guests, pool guests, spa guests, event attendees, or visitors, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with these rules, our waiver, and all posted policies. If you are here, you are agreeing. Simple as that.
We hate rules. Truly. But the fun police, also known as lawyers, insurance, and local ordinances, insist.
So here’s the deal. Be respectful, use common sense, and don’t be the reason we have to add more rules. Be cool. That’s it.
Day Pass and Guest Access
All non-overnight guests are required to have a Day Pass to access DayDreamer Domes amenities. A Day Pass of $0.25 per guest, per day, will be applied and recorded through our point-of-sale system.
Day Passes are included with all ticketed experiences and activities. If you are not an overnight guest or attending a ticketed activity, a Day Pass will be applied at checkout.
Every guest on the property is accounted for through either a reservation, ticket, or Day Pass. No exceptions, no mystery guests.
Right to Refuse Service and Removal
Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any guest or visitor from the property at its sole discretion.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund and additional charges where applicable. Please do not make us have that conversation.
Alcohol Policy
DayDreamer Domes operates under a liquor license. All alcohol consumed outside of domes must be purchased through our on-site bar.
Personal alcohol is permitted inside domes only. No outside alcohol is allowed in common areas, including the pool, clubhouse, or surrounding grounds. Yes, that includes “just one drink.”
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time. Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the property without refund.
Valid identification is required for all alcohol purchases. We check IDs. Every time. No exceptions, no convincing stories.
Safety
No bike riding after dark. No hiking, wandering, or exploring the property after dark. It is dark, uneven, and not designed for nighttime adventures.
Guests must remain within designated and lit areas at all times. Do not enter restricted or unlit areas. If it looks like you should not be there, you probably should not be there.
Pool access is permitted only during posted hours. No swimming outside of those hours. No exceptions, even if it looks really inviting.
No swimming in ponds. They are not pools.
Guests may not enter neighboring or private properties under any circumstances. Yes, even if it looks like a shortcut. It is not your land, and they will absolutely follow up on it.
Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from the property without refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, or use of any combustible substances is strictly prohibited inside domes, buildings, and the pool area. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and anything else that creates smoke or vapor.
We get it. Just take it outside and away from buildings. These domes are fancy and do not enjoy being hotboxed.
A minimum $500 cleaning and remediation fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside domes or buildings, as agreed to at the time of booking. That fee is not optional.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted in the pool area. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Bare feet and broken glass are not a good combination.
Please properly dispose of cigarette, cigar, and marijuana waste. The wildlife does not need a smoking habit.
Occupancy and Additional Guests
The standard rate includes 2 adults. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 guests per dome. No exceptions. Not five. Not “just for a little bit.”
Additional adults are subject to seasonal additional person fees, which may vary throughout the year. All guests must be included in your reservation.
If more guests arrive than listed, applicable fees will be charged to the card on file. Surprise guests are great at parties, less great here.
Additional person fees include breakfast and a pool pass when available seasonally. So at least there is a perk.
Children Policy
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted at any time. We love kids, but this space is designed to be a more relaxed, adult-oriented environment.
Children ages 6 and older are permitted under the following guidelines. From Labor Day through Memorial Day they are welcome at all times. From Memorial Day through Labor Day they are permitted Monday through Thursday nights only. Exceptions include Memorial Day Weekend and Fourth of July Weekend.
Weekends are 21+ except for those two weekends, no exceptions.
Children must be supervised at all times. Children must be at their site after dark unless accompanied by an adult. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of minors.
Wildlife is present on the property. They were here first. Let’s all make good decisions.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out and early check-in may be available for an additional fee through the app. We know, we know, but it is a staffing thing.
Guests remaining on the property after 5:00 PM will be charged for an additional night. At that point you basically live here again.
Quiet Hours and Conduct
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive or unreasonable noise is prohibited at any time in accordance with City of South Haven ordinances.
This is a place to relax, not a backyard concert. Keep it chill.
Disorderly conduct, offensive behavior, or disruption to other guests will result in removal from the property without refund. Nobody wants that outcome.
Cleanliness and Garbage
All garbage must be placed in dumpsters located near the exit. Do not put trash in fire pits. That is not how fire pits work.
Campsites must be kept clean during your stay and left clean upon departure. If you brought it in, take it out.
Leaving garbage behind may result in a $50 cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for any missing items or damage and will be charged a replacement cost. If you love something, we probably sell it in the gift shop. Please do not take it home the hard way.
Property and Grounds
Do not hang clothes from trees or bushes. They are not closet rods.
Do not cut, trim, or damage trees, plants, or vegetation. Tree climbing is not permitted. It looks fun, but it leads to paperwork.
Please do not walk through other guests’ campsites. Use designated pathways. Personal space still exists in nature.
Vehicles and Parking
All parking must be in the main parking lot.
Outside golf carts, ATVs, mini-bikes, motorized scooters, or similar vehicles are not permitted. Maybe one day, but not today.
Rental vehicles provided by management must be used responsibly.
Drones and Prohibited Devices
Drone use is prohibited. We love them too, but insurance definitely does not.
Fireworks, firearms, explosives, and projectile devices are prohibited unless approved by management. Let’s keep everything intact.
Plumbing
Do not flush baby wipes or sanitary wipes of any kind, even if they say flushable. They are lying.
Damage caused by improper use may result in additional charges.
Firewood and Fires
Firewood is available for purchase when in stock.
Outside firewood is permitted but must be natural wood only. No construction materials, not even that one piece you think will be fine.
Fires must be contained to designated areas and never left unattended. Guests are responsible for any fire-related damage. Let’s not burn the place down.
Swimming Pool
No lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult age 18 or older.
No glass containers are permitted in the pool area. All posted pool rules must be followed. The pool is for relaxing, not chaos.
Final Note
Management reserves the right to refuse service, revoke access, or remove any guest at its sole discretion.
By remaining on the property, you agree to these terms in full.
