Welcome to DayDreamer Domes — a luxury outdoor resort designed for relaxation, connection, and experience-driven stays. The following Terms are intended to protect the quality of your stay, the safety of all guests, and the integrity of the property.

By booking, accessing, or entering the property, or by using any services or amenities, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by all terms outlined below (the “Terms”). Your continued presence on the property constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

PART 1 — RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

Electronic Communications & Consent

By providing your contact information and/or completing a reservation, you consent to receive communications from DayDreamer Domes via email, text message (SMS), phone, and other electronic means related to your booking, stay, and relevant offers. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

Check-In & Check-Out

To ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience, we maintain structured arrival and departure times.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability

Guests remaining on the property after 5:00 PM may be charged for an additional night, as the space is considered re-occupied at that time.

Rates & Payments

Our reservation structure is designed to secure availability while remaining fair and predictable.

45+ days prior to arrival: 50% deposit required at booking
Within 45 days: full payment required at booking
Remaining balances are automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival

All rates are subject to applicable taxes and availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be transparent and consistent.

45+ days prior: refund minus $25 administrative fee
Less than 45 days: non-refundable
No-shows and early departures are charged in full

We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected disruptions.

PART 2 — PROPERTY RULES & GUEST POLICIES

Agreement to Rules

Entry onto the property is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms, our Waiver, and all posted rules and policies. These guidelines exist to ensure safety, preserve the guest experience, and maintain the property.

We keep things simple: be respectful, use common sense, and help us maintain a space everyone can enjoy.

Guest Access & Day Pass

All individuals on the property must be accounted for through a reservation, ticket, or approved access. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

Right to Refuse Service & Removal

To maintain safety, protect the guest experience, and ensure compliance with property standards, we reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any guest at any time for safety concerns, operational needs, intoxication, or violations of these Terms.

Removal may occur without refund, and additional charges may apply where appropriate.

Occupancy Limits

Each dome accommodates a maximum of two (2) or four (4) guests at all times, regardless of age. This limit is in place for safety, comfort, and operational integrity, and is strictly enforced without exception.

All individuals staying on the property must be included in the reservation. Additional guest fees may apply, and undeclared guests may result in charges or removal.

Children Policy

Peak Season (Memorial Day – Labor Day)

During peak season, when the pool and primary amenities are in operation, we maintain stricter age guidelines to ensure safety and preserve the intended guest experience.

Weekends (Friday–Sunday): The property operates as a 21+ adults-only environment. No minors are permitted.
Exception: Memorial Day Weekend and Fourth of July Weekend, during which children ages 6 and older are permitted.
Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): Children ages 6 and older are permitted.
Minimum Age Requirement: Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on the property at any time during pool season, regardless of day or reservation type.
Pool Access Restriction: Due to inherent safety risks, children are only permitted when the pool is open.
Under no circumstances are children under 6 permitted in the pool or pool area. This rule is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

Off-Season (Labor Day – Memorial Day)

When the pool is not in operation, the property allows greater flexibility.

Children are permitted
All minors must be actively supervised at all times

Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of minors and for ensuring compliance with all policies.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Quiet Hours & Conduct

To maintain a peaceful and elevated guest experience, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Excessive or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time. Disorderly, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal.

Alcohol Policy

As a licensed property, all alcohol policies are strictly enforced. Alcohol service and consumption are subject to applicable laws, safety considerations, and operational discretion.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to alcohol service or any related amenities, which may be affected by operational decisions, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements.

Outside alcohol is permitted inside domes only
No outside alcohol in common areas
Valid ID required for all alcohol service
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time

Guests are fully responsible for their conduct while consuming alcohol.

Safety Rules

For the safety of all guests and preservation of the property, and due to the natural and expansive nature of the 150-acre site, the following rules apply:

Guests may not explore or wander the property after dark due to limited lighting and uneven terrain
Guests must remain within designated and lit areas at all times
Swimming is permitted only during posted pool hours
Swimming in ponds or non-designated water areas is strictly prohibited

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal without refund.

Vehicles & Equipment

All parking must occur in designated areas
Unauthorized motorized vehicles are not permitted
Drone use is prohibited

Fire & Property Use

To protect the property and surrounding natural environment:

Fires must be contained to designated areas only
Fires may not be left unattended at any time
Guests are responsible for ensuring fires are fully extinguished
Damage to vegetation, structures, or property is strictly prohibited

Guests may be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of fire or property.

PART 3 — FEES, DAMAGE & CLEANING

Damage Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

Charges are based on the actual cost of repair, replacement, cleaning, remediation, labor, and/or loss of use, as reasonably determined by DayDreamer Domes.

By booking, you authorize DayDreamer Domes to charge the payment method on file for any applicable fees.

Estimated Replacement Costs

The following are general estimates and may vary:

Towels: $50
Sheets: $35–$50
Comforter: $250
Furniture: $1,250+

Smoking Policy

To protect the quality of the domes and guest experience, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all structures.

A minimum $500 charge will be applied for odor remediation, deep cleaning, and loss of use. Additional charges may apply if actual costs exceed this amount.

Cleaning & Trash

To maintain the cleanliness and quality of the property for all guests, proper disposal of waste is required.

Improper disposal of trash, excessive mess, or failure to follow posted guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees based on the actual cost of remediation.

PART 4 — MASTER WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that use of the property involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Slips, trips, and falls
Weather and environmental exposure
Uneven terrain and natural hazards
Pool and water-related risks
Alcohol-related risks

You voluntarily assume all such risks.

Pool Use

No lifeguard on duty
Swim at your own risk
No diving

Spa & Wellness Services

Includes float tanks, sauna, massage, and related services.

You acknowledge physical, sensory, and environmental risks and confirm you are medically fit to participate.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, you release DayDreamer Domes from liability arising from ordinary risks associated with use of the property and services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DayDreamer Domes from claims arising from your actions or those in your party.

Minors

You assume full responsibility for all minors in your care.

PART 5 — PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact information, reservation details, and communications necessary to provide our services.

How We Use Information

We use information to process bookings, communicate with guests, and improve operations.

Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive messages related to your stay and relevant offers. You may opt out by replying STOP. Message frequency varies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with service providers for operations.

Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee complete security.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

PART 6 — LEGAL TERMS & GENERAL PROVISIONS

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the property shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DayDreamer Domes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of use, or loss of revenue, arising out of or related to your stay or use of the property.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Failure by DayDreamer Domes to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any future enforcement.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted and effective upon posting. Continued use of the property or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Notice

Any notices or communications required under these Terms may be provided electronically, including via email or text message, and shall be deemed received upon delivery.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking, accessing, or entering the property, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including the Waiver and Privacy Policy, and that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of all members of your party.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DayDreamer Domes and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
