Sound Immersion Experience: Sound Bath

You MUST arrive prior to 6:00 PM, as we will be locking the doors at 6 to avoid any interruptions. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat for comfort during the session. Additionally, feel free to bring blankets if you wish; many participants prefer to have them for added coziness and warmth.
