Baaaa & Bend: Goat Stretch at DayDreamer Domes
Join us for Baaaa & Bend, a 45-minute guided stretch class designed to get your body moving and attract the attention of our curious, climbing goats. Led by certified group fitness instructor Heather Arney, this playful class blends feel-good stretches with plenty of fresh air, laughter, and goat interaction.
This class focuses on gentle, feel-good movement in a relaxed outdoor setting. The movements are intentionally designed to encourage the goats to hop up, snuggle close, and generally steal the show. It’s lighthearted, beginner-friendly, and definitely one of a kind.
