Stretch and Glow

This gentle but comprehensive stretching class will challenge the mobility of the entire body and help us stay agile and confident in our movements even into our later years! Loss of mobility is one of the leading causes of accident and injury as we get old so it’s vital that we keep our joints open and our muscles limber. We’ll incorporate fun exercises that challenge your balance and stabilizer muscles and finish with a soothing cool-down. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in – barefoot is recommended but not mandatory! All ages and levels appropriate.
