Join us for Dinner and a Demo at the Domes. Mexican inspired cuisine with our very own Chef Beck! Vegetables Escabeche, Jimica with Chili and Lime, Chiles en Nogada (stuffed roasted poblanos with walnut cream sauce), black bean and sweet potato tacos, and more.
Join us as Chef demos your dinner for you. Learn about what you are eating and see how it is prepared. Chef will prepare several courses for you she delights the the group with stories, and anecdotes that will help you kick up your cooking a bar or two as you embark on a culinary journey to Mexico!
